Terrible service. I recently went in to the restaurant during their breakfast rush. I ordered a combo, which comes with a breakfast sandwich, hash browns, and coffee, and a second breakfast sandwich. The first problem I have is that the receipt has an order number on it. Presumably, when the order is ready to be picked up, they would call out the order number, the one shown on the receipt. But no. Not here. They call out the combo meal number from the menu board. It's confusing. You have to look up on the board and remember which combo meal you ordered. Wouldn't it be easier to correlate the order number on the customer's receipt and call out THAT number instead? My number was called, and she repeated my food order back to me. She missed the second sandwich. I had to show her my receipt and point to the second sandwich that I ordered and paid for. The manager intervened. My bag of food went back to the prep area and I had to wait an additional 6-7 minutes for them to make my second sandwich. Not a good way to start my day. I won't be back. Not worth the hassle so early in the morning. When you're day starts off bad, you lose hope that the rest of the day is going to get any better. Poor management. Bad service. Inefficient use of resources. Why have an "order number" on a receipt and not call out the "order number" when the food is ready? I guess that makes too much sense. And we'll have none of that at this DD location.

They messed up my order and when i went back to them a girl named Esma took the sandwich back to the kitchen to fix it. It had bacon and i can't eat it so they just wanted to remove it from my sandwich and give it back to me, the same sandwich i returned comes back to me! As a pro. "Any returned food item must be in the garbage" That's the way it should be and on top of that she was rude to me and didn't say sorry! I will never be back to this location.

There is one lady-ONE that seems to get sh*t done correctly, timely and without lecture. This is #DunkinDonuts I am not in the waiting room of a hospital. Get in and get the ¿* !* out, right? Today, the cashier kept my #PerksCard. I've had it for over a year. I'm so, consistently concerned they're going to err that I forget my card. Thanks for reminding me. This location is crap. The one in Wheeling has better customer service.

I wish I could give this place no stars at all I find it incredibly idiotic to not call out the receipt number order instead they call out what kind of sandwich you just ordered? Wtf. And second of all they actually are so disgustingly greedy and desperate for money that if you order a combo meal which is a sandwich, hash browns and coffee you HAVE to only get hot coffee you cant get another drink or else its not considered a combo and they charge you extra for everything separate how stupiddd I hate this place

They've lost my business. Went for the last time 2 weeks ago. Asked specifically if they had green tea at the drive through, they said yes. I asked for it iced, she repeated me and I drove around. When I got to the window she gave me a hot tea and I told her I wanted it iced. No apology, she took it back, yelled at someone in the back and said "that's no good do you want something else?" I said no just give me my money back please, again no apology. I've been going to another place that has yet to screw up my order. Much less stressful mornings now.

Bullshit munchkins. Ok I went through the drive the but seriously... Stale and all one kind when I specifically asked for mix. So disappointing. Biggest waste of $5 ever.

I will never go to this location again. I gave them about 5 tries and yesterday I realized that their business is worth about $1.50. Today you really can't afford to screw your customer because they WILL go to hundreds of other available places. For me, it started with their croissants being OLD and gooey, instead of fresh and crispy. To the point where they literally made me sick. Yes, they have friendly people at the drive-thru but that's not going to replace the absolute worst quality of food. Aren't all Dunkin Donuts supposed to have the same quality food? WHAT GOT TO ME though was being ripped off $1.50 yesterday. I ordered a croissant with blueberry cream cheese. Now the croissant is normally $1.64 so you can imagine my surprise when I was told to pay $3.08 at the window. First off the guy never told me my total amount at the speaker (because if he did, be sure I would have never bought a 3.00 croissant FROM DUNKIN DONUTS, LET'S NOT FORGET YOU'RE NOT SOME FRENCH DELICATESSEN STORE,) Secondly when I asked him if he's charging me another $1.50 for a tiny little pack of cream cheese he said yes and that it would be cheaper with a bagel rather than croissant...which that didn't make any sense what so ever but I decided not to argue with him...As I pulled away with my order I glanced at the receipt and saw that he charged me for BAGEL AND CREAM CHEESE...AND CROISSANT. So my questions is WHERE THE F IS MY BAGEL? You're either a petty little dishonest person or not smart enough to subtract the cost of bagel from the cream cheese and bagel combo. It's not about the money, it's about the principle of not being treated like a mentally incapable person who doesn't realize when she's being ripped off. Overall this place is terrible, poor quality food and poor service.

I pass this Dunkin Donuts sometimes on my way to work. It's located by the Chicago Executive Airport (formerly known as Palwaukee Airport). This is a fairly new location (next to Jimmy John's). Even though they have a drive-thru, I go in when I want to pick up donuts or bagels for work, or when I'm craving Apple N Spice donuts for "me." I have always received great service & they are getting better at dealing with a rush crowd. What really impresses me is that they have a great selection & fresh quality. It might be smaller than a traditional DD store but it still includes tables/chairs & a store section that sells coffee, K-Paks, ice cream cakes, etc.
